Twine Application Knots are designed as independent, standalone objects having all the features required for that application. All Knots follow the standard programming practice to reduce maintenance costs and it is extremely simple to enhance their functions.

3.TwineContact - Processing rules and functions related to storage and retrieval of all support information such as contact data, email data and document data.

4.TwineOffice - Processing rules and functions related to storage and retrieval of all support information such as contact data, email data and document data. It utilizes the DigitalAnchor Dynamic Link Library to provide these functions

5.TwineQuery - A simple control facilitating SQL query request for ad-hoc reporting requirements

6.TwinePrint - Universal Print engine that functions to retrieve data and store reports in simple file formats including, emf format, jpeg format or pdf format

7.TwineProduct - Storage of all product related data, retrieval of this information and processing rules related to product characteristics

8.TwineSales - Rules that govern the corporate sales activities, and functions to process sales activities and storage of sales results

9.TwineCustomer - Storage of all customer related data, retrieval of this information and processing rules related to customer characteristics and business parameters
